❗️Important Update ❗️
Hello to my wonderful clients! I have an important update as I am very upfront & honest with you as you are important to me & so are your families. I received a call from the school to come get one of our daughters as she had been exposed to Covid in her classroom & they are being quarantined until Sept 17. Whereas my daughter is not showing any signs or symptoms I am still getting her tested. Womack stated it would be 24hrs before we got her results in. All cleanings for today and tomorrow will be put on hold until I receive her test results and will go from there. If she is negative cleanings will remain the same. Thank you so much for understanding & your patience over the next 24 hrs. ❤️

Good evening & happy Sunday night to all of my amazing clients. Whew, you have kept me busy and I love every single minute of it. I just wanted to let you know of some updates that are going out. I will be starting a texting system to confirm your scheduled appointments, so if you have an upcoming cleaning, rather it be a weekly, bi weekly, monthly, one time cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, home repairs, organization, or a estimate, please message me privately to the business page your number & service you are requesting. I have all appointments down, I just want to confirm as I am putting them into a new texting system I just purchased. :)

Another big and exciting thing, I have now got the software downloaded on the iPads so I can send checklist virtually, invoices signed on the iPad, etc. I am so excited to get this program rolling out as well.

The business website is coming along and about to go live. I have been working extremely hard to make sure I have all of this together for all of you as I want to provide you the best experience and customer service that I can provide you.

I will be putting out any openings that I have tomorrow, so stay tuned for that.

I was also thinking of doing a loyalty program. Would that be something you'd be interested in, along with a referral code to receive a certain amount off your next cleaning etc? I want to hear from you all, as I want to make sure I have open communication with you!
