Hardy Succulents: Our cornerstone collection includes tough, beautiful varieties like Sedums, Sempervivums, and Jovibarbas. All are hardy to USDA Zones 3-9 unless specified otherwise. Once established, these plants require no winter cover—just sunlight and well-draining soil—making them perfect for permanent garden features. Exotic (Tender) Succulents: Explore a unique selection of exotic succulents perfect for pots and indoor environments. These plants thrive in partial to full sunlight. To keep them healthy during winter, move them indoors to a bright window (rotate them every few weeks to prevent stretching). After the last frost, gradually transition them back outside, starting with a few hours of morning sun. While overwatering is common, another secret is in the soil. Standard potting soil is often too heavy and holds onto moisture for too long. For happy, rot-free roots, you need a gritty mix that breathes! 💨

Pro-Tip: If you aren't using a specific cactus mix, DIY your own by adding these to regular soil to help it drain:

Pumice or Perlite (for drainage) 🪨
Lava Rock (for air pockets) 🌋
Coconut Coir (for a light base) 🥥
