This was a very rewarding completion walk through on this finished commercial building in Akron! Two toned SW Precat Waterbased Epoxy coating on block walls, doors and trim, Floor Enamel coating, oil based enamel on safety railings and yellow steps/pylons, and some fresh traction pads for the treads.

Crisp and Clean!

Three remodeled bathrooms done by Hartville Hardware are ready for final touches.

SW ProClassic hybrid trim enamel was used on all new and existing oil painted trim, updated modern colors on walls, and a couple fresh coats of white on ceilings gives a very effective 30 year facelift from the wallpaper and cream theme!

Newly added wainscoting on a vaulted wall, tied into existing barrel design and refinished with SW ProClassic hybrid trim enamel. A custom color made to match the natural patina of the existing oil painted trim was used, as well as a fresh coat of Emerald Matte on the walls!
