🚨 A hard reminder of why piling inspections matter

We got an emergency call FRIDAY. A customer’s 20,000 lb boat was up on the lift when the pilings gave way. Everything came down. The boat is totaled. The lift is gone.

Thankfully, everyone involved is safe. That is the only good news in this situation.

This is exactly why we push regular underwater piling inspections. Rot can hide below the waterline for years with no obvious signs from the surface. One day everything looks fine… the next day it’s not.

Don’t wait for a failure. If it’s been a while since your pilings were checked, let’s get eyes on them before a small problem turns into a catastrophic one.

🚤 Almost there… and it already looks this good.

We’re wrapping up another custom dock project here in Cape Coral and the only things left are the boatlift and the customer’s canopy install.

From the water, this one’s already turning heads. Solid structure, clean lines, and that finished look that makes the whole property pop.
