Located along the White River in the vibrant Broad Ripple district just north of downtown Indianapolis, The Riverbank Townhouses is a planned three-story residential development consisting of eight individually designed townhomes. Each residence oriented to capture unobstructed river views offers over 2,500 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, and a private patio that extends the living experience outdoors. Located in southwest Reno, Argent Flats will be a 273-unit multifamily community offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes across two four-story buildings. Ardalan Plaza is a three-story, mixed-use development replacing existing single-family homes on the south side of Main Street between 3rd Avenue SW and 4th Avenue SW in downtown Carmel. The project includes five for-sale condominiums above street-level retail, seamlessly blending residential and commercial uses to enhance the vibrancy of the area. As a visual cornerstone of Carmel’s Arts & Design District, Ardalan Plaza will strengthen the Main Street gateway with a bold and thoughtful architectural presence.
