This house is slowly coming together. The floors were very uneven and in some spots the joist were completely gone. We replaced missing joist, leveled the floor and replaced the subfloor. There is still work to be done but it’s coming together good.

Removed the old panel and wood fence and put up a new metal privacy fence.
