Helped this customer take care of an unsafe situation at their home with rotted porch railings- Installed new composite rails with new post sleeves and solar cap lights to help it stand out at night. 😁👍

Check out this project we just finished up on the 250 year old historic Neville house located on the Woodville Plantation in Bridgeville! We removed the shake shingles from the sides of the dormers and milled new siding out of vinyl / PVC material to match the existing siding profile on the rest of the house, bringing it back to how it was originally. We also removed the old tin flashings and rotted cap boards and trim from the side windows and replaced with vinyl / PVC material and new flashing to keep it water tight. This was completed only replacing what was damaged and leaving any of the original trim and construction in tact for historical reasons. (Everything that was replaced is pending a coat of paint to match the rest of the house)

Recently repaired this game room where a frozen pipe damaged the wall and ceiling and left this customer with a mess.

Installed a couple safety grab bars in this customers bathroom and replaced a window sash in their front door with a newly manufactured oak sash. 😁

Just installed this LVP floor, new primed square edge baseboard, and a new steel door for these new home owners!

Added this 2 piece crown moulding to a customers formal living room to give it an extra touch of elegance. Painter Nation Pittsburgh followed up with fresh white paint to finish the job! 😁👍

Just completed this job where we installed furring, foam insulation and drywall on the cement walls of this garage. We also put on the first coat of mud and tape to help the customer on the first step of getting this completed. 👍👍
