My client needed her base cabinets and counter top removed for the association’s plumbers to put in new drain pipes, a clean out, and re-pour the cement. Unfortunately for me I had to remove some backsplash tiles to get the counter top out. The plumbers took an extra day to finish but everything on my end came out great! We re-installed flooring the plumbers took out, re-installed the base cabinets, counter top, sink, faucet, drain, and backsplash tiles. We then grouted, caulked, and did some touch up paint and even installed some new cabinet pulls for them! Found this huge foundation crack in this basement behind the drywall, which explains the moldy walls that we removed. We applied 2 layers of cement patch to prevent the water from coming back in! Proud to say it worked very well and this basement has been dry ever since! This is why u should hire experienced contractors like me! Do u know how hard this installer had to crank/tighten on the nut from the water supply line to literally bend and kink this copper supply line?! I was shocked to see that water was still being supplied to the faucet! When I showed this to my client she said, “well that’s why you’re here doing this and they’re not”. This installer literally sat there and cranked the water supply line over and over, probably 6-7 revolutions too many!

Had the pleasure of replacing this sink! It was a formica/laminate top with this drop in sink bowl. The waterfall faucet was in great condition so we were able to re-use it and save our client some money! Replaced the drain as well and installed the push lock drain. Thanks sm!!

Water damage is a homeowners worst enemy! This vinyl plank flooring was all bubbled from water damage. Had to pull the toilet, vanity, closet doors, and wood trim to remove all the bubbled flooring. Then worked our way back from the hallway to the bathroom with the same vinyl plank flooring. Finished it off with re-installing baseboard, trim, toilet, vanity and a new threshold.
