Just finished this new schooling area with a nice little added bookshelf nook for extra storage. I'm sure this room will get a lot of use!

We replaced this whole bathroom floor due to some cracked tiles. We added some closet shelving and refinished all of the trim as well.

There was quite a bit of rot around the corner of this balcony over-hang. We tore out all the rotted areas and made it look as good as new!

I just found out that you don't actually have to wait several months or even weeks to allow your pressure treated wood to cure before you paint it. Apparently nowadays the wood only needs to be dry to the touch and you're good to go! (Personally I would still recommend waiting at least a few warm days to really let it dry out first.)

This set of stairs was pretty unique in its top rail being a 4 by 6 beam with 6 by 6 posts. I think it gives it a nice solid and sturdy look!

I had a lot of fun on this bathroom shower remodel! Enjoy the before and after pictures!

We turned this old bathroom tub and shower into something much more desirable and functional. From the new shower pan with a tile surround, to the new fixtures, accessories and shelving, this bathroom is now ready for use by the happy home owners!
