Every new custom homebuilding customer asks the same first question when considering homebuilding. This article, with a pie chart graph, may help you understand a little bit better where costs have gone.
It's staggering to most, considering what we have been through over the 2-1/2 years of the Covid disaster. One thing remains true: it has never gotten any less expensive to build, only plateaus in prices. If you are thinking of waiting for the price to come down, we just don't see that happening; the housing supply is drastically underbuilt.

Fairbanks Builders is looking for a freelance professional photographer for custom residential home photography. Requirements are experience with new home shoots and staging experience. These would be total home shoots inside and outside. Attention to detail of course is a must. Drone footage would be high on the list of requirements or access to someone who can do those as well. Timing of work is immediate.
