1 cup green grapes, left whole or halved

1 cup bananas, sliced

1 cup papaya or mango, diced

1 cup pineapple, diced (Note: If using fresh pineapple, boil it for 2–3 minutes first, as raw pineapple contains enzymes that prevent gelatin from setting. Canned pineapple works perfectly without boiling!)

The Creamy Base:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

1 cup heavy cream or media crema (table cream)

1 tsp vanilla extract

The Set:

4 packets (approx. 28g total) unflavored gelatin powder

1/2 cup cold water (to bloom the gelatin)

Instructions
Prep the Fruit: Wash, dry, and chop all your fruit. Ensure they are well-drained so excess water doesn't dilute the cream. Toss the fruit together in a large bowl.

Bloom the Gelatin: Pour the 1/2 cup of cold water into a small bowl. Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin evenly over the top. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it absorbs the water and becomes sponge-like.

Blend the Base: In a blender or large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth.

Melt the Gelatin: Pop the bloomed gelatin into the microwave for about 15–20 seconds until it is completely melted, clear, and liquid (do not let it boil).

Combine: With your blender or whisk running on low, slowly stream the melted gelatin into the cream mixture. Mix thoroughly so it's evenly distributed.

Instructions
