This fireplace turned out so cool! All of the shelves and mantle were handcrafted and sealed, and this one came out identical to the picture these homeowners got their ideas from. We had to add a few extras though like the removable cover for access to hidden soundbars and cable boxes, and the entire face below the fireplace can be easily removed for storage underneath.

It’s time to start thinking about your spring and summer projects! We’ve already put some good ones together this year and we’re excited for many more cool and unique projects like this deck we just finished in Marion. It definitely needed our help and we’ll be back in a couple months to stain and seal it so keep an eye out for the finished project.

When we arrived these homeowners had the most useless patch of gravel under their deck, and they were running out of storage in the garage. We took care of both problems by building this awesome little shed underneath the deck. Another crew poured a reinforced concrete slab underneath the deck, and we topped it off by adding some steel roofing for drainage, and framed in a few walls and windows to enclose the space and give them plenty of extra storage! Quick kitchen floor renovation for a homeowner we’ve done many things for. We pulled out the old laminate planking, and replaced it with some LVP plank. This floor had tons of moisture trapped between the old flooring and the subfloor. Flooring underlayment isn’t always a good idea, as it can reap moisture, rot subfloor, and create horrid smells that seem to have no source. We replaced a good chunk of sub flooring under the cabinets, and in other areas, and made sure to carefully reinstall the cabinets, countertops, and large appliances. This homeowner loves it and can’t wait to bring us back for more renovations.

Here’s a pressure treated deck we finished up this week, they didn’t want the typical handrail, and wanted to keep it wood, so we did something a bit different, and it turned out great!

This is how the pressure washed deck turned out! Much better!
