I’m excited to share that we are currently developing a 64-unit luxury condo resort on the leeward side of Caye Caulker, Belize. This project is being designed to stand apart in the Belize market through a combination of premium waterfront positioning, luxury resort-style living with great income potential, and a fully integrated eco-conscious development model. From self-sustaining technologies to advanced, high-performance construction methods, the goal is to deliver a product that is both highly differentiated and built for long-term value.
