We are seeking a talented person with experience in both commercial and residential design. This is a full-time position. Work will be performed primarily on-site in our Wisconsin offices.

Responsibilities: Develop beautiful, sustainable, and
innovative design solutions through all phases of a project, from concept through construction.
Work with multidisciplinary teams in research,
design, selection, and specification. Prepare
drawings, schedules, and specifications to support design and construction. Participate in on-going learning activities and seminars that deepen our understanding of the built world.
Qualifications: 3+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in both commercial and residential design. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or equivalent Licensure, NCARB certification preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, as well as with a team. Understanding of commercial & residential building codes and regulations. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects. Working knowledge of sustainable practices & materials.
Software: Familiarity with both 2D CAD and 3D modeling software (Vectorworks and Sketchup preferred). Knowledge and experience with Revit (preferred, but not required). Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (preferred, but not required).
