Replaced door and door jam, cut the door for a custom fit and cut door k***s in, added trim to door frame and brought in door jam by 3/4” on each side so the frame fit a thinner door. My door is level but the home is not needs a lot more work and weather stripping was not part of this work order.

Now servicing swamp coolers!! Since it’s getting hot 🥵 get your swamp cooler ready NextPhase will:
check and replace pads if needed✅
check belt for cracks or damage✅
Turn on water as well as fix or replace water line✅
Oil bearings and check for free spin on fan and motor✅
And replace any parts needed!

$150 for roof top inspection and de-winterization; includes water connection, inspection, lubrication, and testing of all parts.

$100 if swamp cooler is not rooftop location.

Additional cost for labor on replacement parts*

Pictures of a recent job new water line, new pads, oiled and tested all parts!
