This client had their bathroom previously remodeled, but the bathtub was installed incorrectly, leading to a significant leak. The issue only became visible once a separate drain problem was addressed — revealing a much bigger underlying problem.

We repaired the damage by cutting through the concrete, redoing the main pipe connection to ensure proper fall and drainage, then retiling and resealing the affected area to create a seamless final result ✨🔨🛁

Customer was concerned about possible wood rot and a structural issue. After assessment, we found previous filler/sealant application with no structural damage present.

We treated the affected area with a mold-killing product, allowed it to fully dry, then properly re-sealed, primed, and repainted for a clean and protected finish. ✨
