But thankfully we enjoy a great reputation with zero bad reviews. We won’t knock on your door. This is your hosebib sillcock. This is what happens when you leave the hose attached in freezing weather. This happens frequently and can be determined if water is leaking out of your wall when you turn on your hose bib.
I can repair this and for much less than most plumbing companies.
