We prepped all the rusted areas, sanded and used a wire brush to make ready and applied a corrosion resistant solution. And finally we sprayed the entire ceiling with black paint.

The stairways here were all sanded, vacuumed, and the steps were stained, the faces were painted. The shiplap were also prepped and painted as well, we tried to match the steps to the newly installed floors here, and it appears that we matched it up pretty well here.

The trim were all bare wood was sanded, caulked, and applied two coats of Benjamin Moore's Stix primer to prevent paint bleed. This includes the crown moldings, wainscoating, the windows and the base-moldings as well. The ceiling and all trim was done in two coats Benjamin Moore's White Dove. Everything here came out beautifully and as expected.

Here we pressure Washed the entire house along with all the shutters as well. Then took down all the shutters and painted them in Benjamin Moore's exterior aura in the clients choice of color. Some parts of the siding were sanded seams were caulked. We then finally applied two finished coats of Benajamin Moore's Abhorcoat waterbased stain on the siding. The color combination looks to compliment each other pretty well here and the results speak for itself.

We Pressure Washed the entire house, sanded areas that need to be sanded using a palm sander. Applied two coats of oil based cover stain. The doors and the shutters were all painted in Benjanin Moores exterrior Aura paint for a premium finish. And finally applied two finished coats of Benjamin Moores Abhorcoat waterbased exterior stain on the siding.

Side Note: This house was in really bad shape had no one done anything to it for more 25 years it took a lot of work and effort to get it into this shape. Not to mention some of the siding were so bad in shape that it needed to be replaced with new siding.
