End of Summer “THANK YOU”!

The team at All Pro would like to send a shout-out and a SINCERE THANK YOU to Megan Marsan for all her hard work and dedication to serving our customers this summer!

A few quick stats on Megan’s summer:

No days missed. No late punch-ins. 100% effort every day. And, just as importantly, a forward thinking mindset and always looking to keep the current project moving while preparing for what needed to happen next.

We’d also like to recognize her team leader Kenny Thornton. Thank you Kenny for taking Megan under your wing this summer, teaching her the ins and outs of painting, and showing her what it takes to produce a quality finished product. Thank you, Kenny.

Whoever said “kids these days don’t want to work” most certainly has never met Megan!

⚠️ Not every HVAC problem is mechanical… sometimes it’s electronic.

This week our team was called to a lakeside home after the mini-split system stopped cooling.

After a thorough diagnosis, we traced the issue to a failed control board. Once removed, the damage was easy to spot—a burned electronic component had taken the board out of service.

While these failures aren’t common, they do happen, especially after power fluctuations, electrical surges, lightning events, or simply years of operation.

At All Pro Home & Pest, we don’t believe in guessing. We believe in diagnosing the problem correctly the first time, saving our customers unnecessary repairs and expenses.
