The house had a water leak and did a lot of damage! Please check your water pressure. I’ve been to quite a few houses here lately that have pressure-reducing valves and the pressure is still over 100psi, which is dangerous. It needs to stay between 40-60psi to avoid problems. This is a barndo that was built only a year ago, so if you would like to get your water pressure checked or your pressure-reducing valves adjusted or just have your plumbing checked, give us a call to get scheduled at 931-629-6801.
