This client had a deck where the previous painter would merely pressure wash the boards & apply a cheap box store water sealer.
Needless to say, this is NOT the proper process for refreshing your new wood deck! Instead, we use a Benjamin-Moore system that strips any existing stain, neutralizer to remove the chemicals from the deck stripper, and a deck wash that gets the deck ready for stain.
For this deck, we used Benjamin-Moore Translucent Natural Wood Stain finish. Our client was thrilled with how the results came out! It looks like a brand new deck!
