Swipe to meet some of our tiny garden co-workers in our thriving ecosystem, from our busy bee pollinators, master pest-controllers, nature’s recyclers, and foragers!

A few of them might munch on one too many leaves.. but a nibbled leaf is a sweet reminder that we’ve built a truly healthy, living ecosystem for nature’s hard workers.

Starting a new series with one of our favorite statement plants 🔥

We love amaranth for its bold colors, fun textures, fast summer growth, and long bloom time. They’re statement plants for adding height in gardens or whimsy in fresh or dried bouquets! Dried seed heads will also attract goldfinches, sparrows, and other seed eaters later in the season 🐤

Amaranth also produce edible leaves and grains. Did you know that you can also pop amaranth seeds to use in granola??

tiny bee butts, big purpose 🐝🍑

Every native plant and pollinator garden creates a small piece of habitat for these little workers. These little moments of sleepy bees in blooms, pollen-covered legs, and bee butts sticking out are signs that the ecosystem is working!

Our mission is to grow more native plants, more nectar sources, and spaces for pollinators to rest, feed, and survive.
