We are growing and seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, common sense, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including but not limited to electrical, flooring, decks, painting, and light carpentry work.
Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify any needs.
Respond promptly to service requests from management or clients, prioritizing tasks effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored and cleaned properly.
Collaborate with other team members as necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Handy Person or in a similar role with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Familiarity with electrical systems, light carpentry, and general repair techniques.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and own transportation is required for travel to and between job sites.
