It got too warm to be on the shingles the day before so we jumped up here on Friday. 1 hour 40 minutes for Carter and I to finish it up. We had about a 3rd to do. Monday we will pick up metal roofing for the soffit and get as much up as we can.

Happy father's day to all the hard working dads out there!

Had a little delay this morning due to water on the roof. We cleared off what we could and let the sun dry it more so we could snap chalk lines and get to slinging shingles! The sun was getting the shingles too hot to work on so we called it and will knock out the last 3rd in the morning. Hopefully get the dumpster in there and loaded up so we can have a restful father's day weekend!

Sheathing finished, eve drip edge installed, underlayment installed except for the last 2 rows. We ran out. We did get the shingles on the roof. Tomorrow we shingle!
