This was a fairly big project. It's a building on South boulevard Charlotte, North Carolina. First we started with all the balconies sanded, cleaned them off and re-sprayed. We then started the master bathroom. We gutted it to the bone, hung new drywall and painted it. We also ripped out the old tile, old bathtub and shower. I had to build a landing for the bathtub to accommodate the plumbing. The tile on the floor and the landing and also the walls on top of the landing with slate tiles 12"x 24". The shower walls were done with porcelain tile 2"x 11". We kept the knee wall and curb with leather black granite. Installed vanity cabinets with the same granite as in the shower leathered black granite. Installed new light fixtures and faucets. Install the freestanding tub with a freestanding faucet with a handheld spray head. The shower glass that was installed is 1/2" thick tempered glass. The handles and the hinges are a product from CR Lawrence.

Another finished project. Completely new.

Stripped the old paint of the metal balconies and sprayed it.
