• ผัดไข่ คลาสสิคสุด ขยำเกลือแป๊บนึงลดขมแล้วผัดไฟแรงๆ
• แกงจืดมะระยัดไส้หมูสับ ต้มให้นิ่มๆ น้ำซุปหวานๆ ขมๆ เข้ากันดีมาก
• ลวกจิ้มน้ำพริกกะปิ หั่นบางๆ ลวกน้ำเดือดแป๊บเดียว กรอบๆ กินกับน้ำพริกคือที่สุด

เมื่อความตั้งใจจะมาส่องสวน ต้องเปลี่ยนแผนกะทันหันเพราะเจอเจ้าถิ่นกำลังทำธุระอยู่... กะว่าจะมาดูต้นกระเจี๊ยบ แต่ดูเหมือนจะมาผิดเวลาไปนิด เลยหนีไปชมผีเสื้อแทนดีกว่า บรรยากาศในสวนวันนี้ดีต่อใจมากค่ะ #ชีวิตติ่งสวน #ธรรมชาติบำบัด #ผีเสื้อ #สวนหลังบ้าน

Hot sun and thirsty plants! 🥵 My culantro decided it was time to flower because of the heat. Instead of being disappointed, I'm saving these for seeds to grow even better leaves next time! Who else is dealing with the summer heat in their garden?
