My favorite of the series | Spicy Shrimp Caramelle
I knew I wanted to make a filled pasta for the series, and landed on Caramelle for its unique, yet familiar shape, and the plain fact that it’s so easy to form. And the sauce will blow ur mind. Intensely shrimpy and buttery, yet well balanced with some acid from the lemon and spicy Calabrian chili oil.
