Commercial Upgrade 🏢

Scope of work:
• Painted the entire exterior of the building
• Completed exterior repairs prior to painting
• Refreshed the property for a clean, professional appearance

Roof Transformation 🏠

Scope of work:
• Removed the existing roof and installed a brand-new roofing system
• We went with CertainTeed Landmark Charcoal Black shingles to achieve a bold, definitive black finish

The homeowner wanted a stronger, darker look, and Charcoal Black delivered a clean, modern appearance with long-term protection.

This roof replacement is the first phase of a larger project. We’ll be returning to paint both the exterior and interior, along with new flooring and interior remodeling. Stay tuned for those photos.

Driveway Replacement 🏠

Scope of work:
• Removed the existing concrete driveway and poured a new concrete driveway
• Installed PVC conduit beneath the driveway for future lighting, cables, or other utilities
• Designed the layout to allow easy access for future upgrades without disturbing the driveway

This concrete is freshly poured and still curing, which is why you may notice some light spotting on the surface. That’s normal during the curing process and will even out as the concrete fully dries.
