The owners, Daniel Tart and Zachary Kent started TK Construction to provide homeowners their dream home. As Daniel and Zack continued to grow TK renovations, their passion for custom homes soared. With that, TK Custom Builders was built. TK works closely with homeowners to help build their dream home in the Charlotte market. The company is fully licensed, insured and bonded.

Our Story

In 2010 within the Belmont neighborhood of Charlotte, neighbors Daniel Tart and Zack Kent began working on home construction projects together. They quickly became close friends and in August of 2010, TK Construction Inc. was formed. Daniel and Zack have diverse backgrounds in real estate and construction. Together with their knowledge and experience they were able to construct a partnership built on hard work, dedication and honesty.
