This deck has a year on it not much time but the contractor who built it was very shady they did not put any support under the deck whatsoever the middle of the deck dropped down three and a half inches in the center. Nothing is to code, it's not attached to the house it used the wrong joist, the wrong handrails, anyway it is now been supported leveled as much as it could be leveled within an inch and a half and stained to preserve the life

People listen to me, please please please stop paying for material and services up front. If your contractor needs money for materials then go with him to pay for those materials do not hand him money to pick those materials up there are too many Shady people out there that will not come back and they will keep your money. Any legitimate contractor does not need money to start a job up front

Just a little Wellhouse cover in the 102 degree weather
