At Carolina Tree Care, we are preservationists through and through. We believe that trees are a crucial part of our existence. Physically, we need them to breathe. In addition, they are needed to soften the hard corners of our world.

We understand the value that your trees provide to you and your property emotionally, aesthetically and monetarily. We recognize that trees are of the utmost importance to the canopy and the history of our communities. And we love what we do.
We believe in making a difference in the lives of our employees, their peers, our families, our customers and the communities in which we do business. We have a comfortable culture that is focused on providing opportunities to learn and teach others across topics such as safety techniques, tree care, disease diagnosis, pest management and more. We’re extremely proud of what we accomplish and we have fun.
Several times per year, we provide leadership training for our entire management and supervisory teams including the up-and-comers who have assumed leadership roles. We encourage them to take what they learn to their teams to help their team members grow.. We pride ourselves on providing opportunities for our craft workers to stretch themselves, grow their careers and further provide for their families.

Okay, that’s a joke (unless you ask our moms). But we won’t show up to your property in three-piece suits nor will we arrive looking wild and unkempt. For those of you maintaining beautiful properties, and we firmly believe that’s all of you, we respect and honor that with our professionalism and attention to detail—in both the quality of our workmanship and personal appearance.

When you invite Carolina Tree Care to come onto your property, you’re inviting a team that is respectful of your land and leaves it better than when we arrived. We’ll prune properly, clean up the job site and ensure we haven’t left any ruts or messes behind. We’re professional, courteous, and respectful.
We take the time to listen
When we meet with you, we want to know how you feel about your trees and how they’re affecting you. Are they a source of beauty or yet another thing to worry about? When we truly listen and pay attention to the details, we can work with you to determine the best path forward. We may see a beautiful, slow growing, 150 year old, white oak tree that is structurally strong and that, as preservationists, we want to maintain. However, if it’s creating anxiety, maybe it’s not the right tree for you. We would rather have you enjoy your trees and property—so we do what’s best for you.
