We recently completed a full bathroom remodel that improved space usage while adding a larger zero-entry shower and a heated floor. Custom building a dresser (which is inset into the wall) to match the new vanity created an additional 3-4” of drawer depth while reducing the footprint of the former unit. We also inset a box behind a mirror in the water closet to allow space for the homeowner’s jewelry. The change is dramatic and the homeowners are very happy with the project. They decided to embrace popular green cabinets, bringing an updated feel to the room, along with incorporating the growing popularity of wood tones in antiques they owned to enhance the look. They consulted in color and design choices with Ashley Bryant, author of the homelikeyoumeanit.com blog.
