We started this 36x24 Garage Building prep on a Monday morning! We got slowed down yesterday by some rain but overall we got it done and passed inspection. We will be pouring this pad tomorrow!

We recently completed a major backyard transformation for the Schrum family!

The scope of the work included:

• Tearing out and demolishing existing structures and materials and hauling off site.
• Digging footings for the new posts
• Framing a 42’ x 28’ deck
• Pouring a 125-foot-long by 4-foot-wide concrete sidewalk
• Installing Cane Creek River Rock

They contacted us about removing their old, worn out deck that led to the backyard and surrounded their above ground pool. The Schrums had a vision for what their backyard could become, and we were honored to bring that vision to life.

We started by completely tearing out the existing deck, which was in a dilapidated state, and began building their dream outdoor space. We also framed a covered area so they could keep their grill protected and enjoy cooking outdoors.

One of the biggest priorities for this project was safety, especially for their adorable granddaughter while she is outside in the backyard. To help with this, we built a gate separating the pool area from the main lounging area of the deck, allowing the family to relax and enjoy the space while keeping pool access more secure.

We also discussed ways to improve the garden areas so they would flow beautifully with the newly built deck. As part of the project, we poured a 125-foot-long by 4-foot-wide concrete sidewalk, creating a new access point to the deck from the backyard.

To finish everything off, we cleaned up the flower beds near the deck and installed Cane Creek river rock for a clean, polished look also to assist with drainage.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to transform this backyard into a beautiful, relaxing space the Schrum family can enjoy for years to come.

Several weeks ago, we were contacted by Ms. Biggerstaff to provide a quote for replacing damaged window screens following a recent storm.

After meeting with Ms. Biggerstaff and conducting a thorough inspection of the property, our team assessed the condition of the window screens, fascia, and roofing system. During our inspection, we identified signs of storm related damage to the roof.

We assisted Ms. Biggerstaff throughout the insurance claim process with USAA and met with the adjuster onsite to review our findings. Following the inspection, Ms. Biggerstaff was approved for a full roof replacement, window screen replacement, and fascia replacement.

We are grateful for the trust Ms. Biggerstaff placed in us and appreciate the opportunity to complete the necessary repairs to help protect and restore her home.

A few weeks ago, Mr. Greene gave us a call after the snowstorm caused several areas of damage to his home. We quickly responded, assessed the damage, and helped guide him through the process.

Today, Mr. Greene received a full roof replacement paid for by insurance!
