Fading, yellowing, peeling and it usually doesn’t take long before it starts looking like this. Those big box store epoxy kits might seem like a good deal upfront, but they’re typically water-based, super thin, and just not built to hold up to UV exposure, hot tire pickup, or moisture coming up through the slab.

We see this all the time and yes we can work with it. Part of our process is prepping the floor the right way before anything goes down. We diamond grind the surface, fill and repair cracks, vacuum everything clean with HEPA filters, and then apply the coating the right way so it actually lasts.

This community has been a part of our journey from the very beginning. We’ve been coating garage floors here for years, and it’s been a privilege to build so many relationships along the way.

It was an honor to finally share more about our installation process, the benefits of our floor coating system, and answer everyone’s questions in person. Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a great event!

No one’s ever said “wow, love the grinding.”

But every failed garage floor I’ve seen in Charlotte failed for the same reason, somebody skipped the boring part. Rolled coating over a slab that was never properly ground and profiled, called it a day, collected the check.

Two summers later it’s peeling at the garage door and lifting under the hot tires.

Same process, same quality. Diamond ground the concrete, 100% solid epoxy base coat with a moisture v***r barrier, full coverage vinyl flakes, and a UV stable poly aspartic topcoat. Built to handle the elements and still look great doing it.
