There is something sacred about these quiet moments…

No noise.
No rush.
Just presence.

Duke reminds me every day that love doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.
It can be soft.
It can be still.
It can be this… 🤍

Curled up.
At peace.
Simply being.

Today I choose to slow down, to breathe deeper,
and to honor the gentle spaces in my life.

We made more than bracelets tonight… 💫

Milla and I sat together creating colorful reminders of love, strength, and light for girls who deserve to feel seen, valued, and powerful.

Each bracelet carries a word…
Each word carries intention.
Each intention carries love. 💕

We also started practicing Spanish together as we prepare for our trip to Guatemala 🇬🇹 — a full circle moment for me, and a beautiful new beginning for her.

This night meant everything to me…
Creating, teaching, connecting… mother to daughter, heart to heart.
