Another clean transformation by OCD Floor Coatings. 🔥

For this residential project, we repaired and refinished the epoxy flooring along the garage-door entrance, creating a smooth transition from the darker flake system inside the garage to the beautiful white-brick exterior of the home.

We went with a crisp white base, white & light-gray flake, and a crystal-clear protective topcoat—subtle enough to flow naturally with the house, but with just enough contrast to POP. 🤌

It’s the small details and transitions that can completely change the finished look—and you already know we don’t overlook the details.

Another commercial transformation in the books! 🔥

This time, OCD Floor Coatings took on the back rooms and kennel areas of a local animal hospital — and these floors came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL. 🐾

Not gonna lie… the demo and prep on this one was BRUTAL. 😅 Long days, hard work, and by the end of the week we were completely smoked. But we hung in there, did it the right way, and the finished product made every bit of it worth it.

Clean. Durable. Seamless. And that flake finish completely transformed the space. 💪

We recently transformed the front office space of a local semi-truck & trailer mechanic shop—starting with proper demo and concrete prep, then finishing it off with a clean light gray floor featuring a blue, black, gray & white flake blend.

OCD Floor Coatings is growing, and we’re looking to add experienced epoxy and concrete coating installers to our team. If you’re passionate about producing high-quality work, take pride in your craftsmanship, and want to grow with an up-and-coming company, we’d love to hear from you.

We currently have part-time positions available, with the opportunity to transition into full-time careers as our company continues to expand.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

* A minimum of 1 year of professional epoxy flooring experience
* Experience with concrete preparation, including grinding, crack repair, and concrete repairs
* Hands-on experience installing:
* Solid-color epoxy systems
* Flake systems
* Quartz systems
* Metallic epoxy systems
* Reliable transportation
* A strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
* The ability to perform physically demanding work
* A positive attitude and professional appearance

Applicants without at least one year of professional epoxy flooring experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

We’re especially interested in installers with 3–5+ years of experience who can confidently work independently, solve problems on the jobsite, and eventually lead projects and crews as our company continues to grow.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience, skill level, and overall ability.

A huge shoutout to Rick for absolutely knocking it out of the park on the interior build of our OCD Floor Coatings trailer. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and smart use of space are second to none. Every shelf, storage compartment, and workstation was designed with purpose, and somehow all of our large equipment fits perfectly while still leaving room to move around comfortably.
