We had a very busy week last week!

✔️ Finished up the project in Ringgold for the Garage Reno.

✔️ Finished the ceiling damage repair and deck board replacement in Hixson.

✔️ Finished installing the tile in the Signal Mountain property and prepped for the plumbing trim out.

✔️ Finished the addition on the Rossville property and began layout for the cabinets!

Footer blocks are down at the Rossville property!

We will begin framing up the addition this week while we are wrapping up the Signal mountain and Ringgold properties at the same time. The crews have been super productive this week.

We got the tub roughed in and the light switches relocated in our signal mountain Reno.

Started the first coat of skim coat on the walls after removal of the wall paper. Next we have tile!

Happy Monday! We began demolition for our Signal Mountain bathroom renovation this morning.

The owner decided they wanted to get rid of the old gold toilet accessories, linoleum floors, and the shower insert and are replacing it with a new tub with tile walls, tile flooring, and a solid surface top for the bathroom!

Two projects rocking this weekend!

We started mudding the Sheetrock in the Ringgold garage

And we began our first coat of the Cordovan Brown stain on this massive 2100sqft deck!!

Kicked off a project in Ringgold today removing the old wood paneling and trim.

We will be replacing the paneling with Sheetrock and 1x4 trim to match the interior esthetics of the home!

Quick little project this morning for my sisters rental property!

We replaced the door trim on two doors that were broken and reinstalled a closet door and caulked everything up.

We got the footers poured for our Rossville property. Thank you to Cadence Sitework for getting this done. Next is putting the block down before framing the new addition!

They also helped us out with a building pad for our personal property.

Cadence Sitework moved some equipment to the property today to start digging the footers for the mud room addition! We will get footers poured next week and then start the framing.

Maximizing small kitchen spaces is crucial! By shifting the door just 1’ to the right, we were able to add an additional 18” cabinet, giving you extra storage without compromising functionality.

We started tearing out walls today at the Reno in Rossville. And got our plans back for the kitchen cabinets.

The house will be look new before you know it!
