McConnell Elementary would like to thank the Bean family for their very generous support to the 2026 Track team. Their donation will be used for funding the bus transportation and T-shirts for all participants. The Bean family is connected to McConnell through their granddaughter, Nellie Bean. Coach Hensley is absolutely blown away by the kindness of The Cameron Bean Memorial Fund!

The Cameron Bean Memorial Fund is a Chattanooga, Tennessee based Nonprofit Organization committed to promoting and fostering the growth of amateur running in and around the Chattanooga area through running programs, races, camps, clinics and safety advocacy groups.
