It’s JUNE…time to PRUNE:
Early blooming perennials should be ready for their first pruning on season:
Salvia: cut back spent spikes to push new growth
Catmint: cut back by 1/3 to encourage new growth
Peonies: deadhead to encourage deeper root growth for next year
Lilacs: cutback dead flowers now. Waiting to long could mean fewer blooms next year
Iris’: cut back spent stalks to the base.

We still have plenty of perennials available that have not bloomed this season. Stop in and check them out. Wed-Fri 9-5, Sat 9-12

Today…sunpatiens! If you’ve never used them before, stop in today while they are BOGO. Use them once and you’ll be hooked. Little to no maintenance, vigorous growers thrive and bloom continuously in the full sun and heat! They work wonderfully in the landscape, pots or hangers. You really can’t go wrong!

We have amazing native species in stock. They are great for pollinators and meant for our climate. Silver native labels are native species and blue label natives are cultivars. Both great choices in your perennial beds!
