We are almost wrapped up with this deck and screen porch project for this incredible family. They have a gorgeous view out the back of their house so we wanted to maximize it with a large gable roof and using the SCREENEZE screen system it allows for large "picture window" size openings. We installed a pine tongue and groove ceiling with recessed lights and beautiful ceiling fans. The fireplace will be wonderful to sit in front of on cool fall evenings to watch a football game or enjoy a movie. The custom built cabinet beside the fireplace gives plenyy of storage for cushions and toys. We also included an outdoor grilling deck. We enclosed the underside of the deck with a privacy wall and built a storage space under the deck. We just finished this large deck for a wonderful lady in Highland Lakes. She had not been able to use her previous deck for many years because of the poor condition and was not able to enjoy her beautiful view of the lake. We just finished up this project for an incredible family. We designed a large screen porch and exterior deck to tie into their existing deck and gave them a great entertainment space. We used the Screeneze screen system to give large "picture window" type openings in the porch. The homeowners picked a beautiful chandelier to be flanked by ceiling fans on each side. It will be wonderful to curl up on the sectional or bed swing with a nice fire and watch a movie and to add a little extra warmth we installed heaters on the outer wall. We recently wrapped up this project for a wonderful family on The Ridge at Lake Martin. We always love working with Liberty Environmental and their amazing team. We used large rough sawn Douglas Fir posts and beams to give this cabana a substantial feel. The beautiful stonework compliments the stone on the house and the large stone fireplace will be a gathering spot to watch football games this Fall. This was our 2nd project for them after first building a large deck at their old house and then when they moved they called us to build this great screen porch. We just wrapped up this project on Logan Martin Lake for some incredible clients. They were creating a backyard oasis overlooking the lake and had two old decks that were original to the house. We removed those decks and combined them into one large deck and used TimberTech Mahogany multi-width PVC decking. The lights in the stair risers will look great in the evening. We installed an underdeck ceiling that is beautiful aluminum panels so it will never rust and has built in gutters, waterproof recessed lights as well as waterproof ceiling fan mounts. The railing is Key Link aluminum railing with stainless steel cables. This deck will be a wonderful entertaining space for our clients for years to come.
