We are a local contractor located in Newport News, Virginia, serving the whole Hampton Roads area. We specialize in bathroom and kitchen renovations, ranging from a minor facelift to a complete redesign from the ground up. We are also available to serve you in handyman services, general repairs and alterations, home maintenance and carpentry needs including plumbing repairs, roof and window leaks

and new doors and windows. We have been in business as an independant contractor since the beginning of 2011 and have many years of experience in a wide range of fields in the construction Industry. At Aussie Built Construction, we bring an enthusiasm and passion for quality building all the way from Down Under! We are here to provide you the quality and results you have been looking for. We are not here to rush in and get out and take your money, but to take the time to understand your personal needs and wants for your project and execute that in a reasonable timeline. Full Bathroom update!
Removed plaster and heavy tile over concrete. Removed a small closet for a more open feel. We added PVC wainscoting, new tile and stone shelves, new fixtures, updated fan/light and can light over tub.
A reglazed cast iron tub and refurbished wood medicine cabinet kept some of the original features of the bathroom.
Clean white accents with subtle tile and wall color brought together this bathroom!

Custom renovation with a new layout. Upgraded electrical to include can lighting, under cabinet and accent lighting.
New tile, fresh paint and a beautiful backsplash brought the finishing touches to this kitchen.
We were happy to partner with Panda Kitchen and Bath who installed the cabinets and stone Countertops.

This project just recieved a full price over after 2 days on the market!
If your looking to renovate or sell your home, call us to change your home at a reasonable price.

We recently completed this kitchen and general property renovation including a fully remodeled kitchen. We framed new opening on a load bearing wall and removed a closet closing in the area.

Removed wallpaper and paneling and fixed damaged cracked ceiling. New premium cabinets with all plywood and maple fronts were installed.

Cabinets came standard with soft close drawers and doors! Custom moldings were installed for a high end look to complete this project.

New appliances and quartz tops were installed with a bar top for entertaining purposes to really sell this project.
New water proof flooring was installed in the kitchen and dining room with wood style finish.

Brand new Kitchen Remoddel we finished up last month!

Opened up the wall between dining room and kitchen and another load bearing wall from 6ft to 10ft.
We gutted the kitchen and changed the lighting and layout.

Brand new cabinetry with all the bells and wistles in the crown moulding and end panels. New light colored quartz tops with a glass tile backsplash.

We threw in a bunch of cool pullouts for accesability and a trash pullout.

Brand new waterproof vinyl plank flooring pulled it all together.

Master Bathroom update on a budget!

We removed the ugly carpet in this bathroom and installed tile Instead!

A new larger fibreglass shower was framed and installed with a new valve.

A new valve for the free standing tub with fresh tile surround brings new life.

Add the updated lighting for the vanity and fresh paint changed this bathroom into something modern with a reasonable budget!

Custom Deck with all maintenance free materials.

Hi, we tore down this old deck of 12x12 ft and completely rebuilt it with all maintenace free products.

We over built this deck with 12" on center joists and 4 massive footers to ensure it would last a lifetime.

We installed Trex composite decking, Trex Rain Escape system on the upper deck for a year round dry lower deck.

PVC molding for the posts/trim and skirt of the deck truly make this a beautiful deck.
The premium vinyl railing with aluminium re unforced top and bottom rails make it a spectacular space with all maintenace free products.

The lighting and swings truly finish off this amazing deck.

It was a pleasure to build this Custom Deck.

We gutted this bathroom and re did it in same layout.
New custom tile around new fibreglass tub. Tile floor.

Tear down and building 4 ft wider both levels.
Trex composite decking with hidden fasteners. PVC post wraps, lattice and trim boards.

Premium vinyl railing with aluminum reinforcing both top and bottom rails.

12" on center joists, massive footers, hangers, structural ties, blocking and bolts out the yang to make this a deck that will last a lifetime. Customer wanted to increase the old deck to meet and exceed current code, which this definitely does !

Rain guard system with gutters for upper level will make this a deck to envy!
