There are a lot of real estate agents in Hampton Roads.
A lot.
So I’m not going to make the same post everyone else makes about being “hardworking,” “knowledgeable,” or “ready to help.”
Everyone says that.
What makes me different is how I look at the whole picture.
Real estate is never just a transaction to me. It’s timing. Strategy. Protection. Negotiation. Design. Problem-solving. Sometimes it’s emotional. Sometimes it’s messy. And sometimes you need someone who can see the issue before it becomes the expensive problem.
That’s where I come in.
I’m an Associate Broker, Property Manager, Interior Designer, Certified Staging Expert, and a military spouse of 32 years. I’ve lived through the moves, the renovations, the rentals, the PCS chaos, the “what are we doing next?” seasons, and the pressure of making big decisions when life is already full.

Starting the home search always sounds exciting…
Until the questions start piling up.
Do we talk to a lender first, or start looking?
How do we know what we can actually afford?
What happens if we find the right house before we’re fully ready?
What if the pictures are beautiful, but the house has issues?
What if we fall in love with something and then the payment does not make sense?
What if we need to sell first?
What if we have no idea what we should even be looking for?
This is the part of real estate I care about most.
Not just the showing.
Not just the contract.
Not just getting you to closing.
It is everything that happens before the stress kicks in.
The planning.
The questions.
The timing.
The lender conversation.
The strategy.
The walk-throughs.
The “wait, should we be worried about this?” moments.
That is where good guidance matters.
My goal is always to slow the noise down, organize the next steps, and help you feel like someone is actually paying attention to the details with you.
