Hate to see this. We were called out to help a customer with her new generac generator. She couldn't get it connected to wifi and wanted some information. We arrived to find a less than stellar installation of new 26kw generator. We first noticed an indoor/ non weather resistant fuel regulator, then found improperly installed transfer switch with improper and illegal terminations within her meter. Please please please if you have doubts on a company/installation have a different person give you a second opinion. Could save your home, fees, or piece of mind knowing everything is done correctly.
