Chicken egg roll bowls are ready in just 10 minutes and make a delicious meal.

1 pound cubed chicken breast
1 tbs sesame or olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
1 bag coleslaw mix
3 tbs soy sauce
3 tbs teriyaki sauce
Optional toppings:
fried wontons
green onion
sesame seeds
Hot chili oil

In a large pan over high heat add sesame oil and chicken cook and break up until no longer pink. Add seasoning and ginger paste. Cook through. Add coleslaw mix and cook until the veggies cook down then add teriyaki and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes then to serve top with your toppings of choice.

This Cucumber salad is so good and easy to make!

3 cups sliced cucumber
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1/3 cup feta
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbs apple cider vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and enjoy.

Zucchini fries are crispy and delicious. They satisfy that fry craving without the guilt.

2 zucchini
1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs
2 tbs grated Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 eggs
1 tbs olive oil

Wash and cut the zucchini into fry shapes . In a bowl, whisk the eggs. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Coat each piece of zucchini in the egg then into the breadcrumbs, then place onto a foil lined sheet pan with nonstick spray. Drizzle olive oil on top and bake at 425° for 30 minutes flipping halfway until Golden Brown and crisp serve with marinara sauce, if desired and enjoy.

Quick easy and delicious Italian beef wraps are the perfect lunch or dinner option.

1 flour tortilla
1 tbs mayo
2 slices provolone cheese
4 slices deli roast beef
1 tbs giardiniera

Place mayo into the center of the tortilla and spread into an even layer top with cheese, roast beef, and giardiniera. Roll it, tuck in the sides and roll it shut. Place it seam side down on a skillet and toast it on all sides then slice and enjoy.

4 slices deli roast beef
1 tbs giardiniera
