Chicken egg roll bowls are ready in just 10 minutes and make a delicious meal.
1 pound cubed chicken breast
1 tbs sesame or olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
1 bag coleslaw mix
3 tbs soy sauce
3 tbs teriyaki sauce
Optional toppings:
fried wontons
green onion
sesame seeds
Hot chili oil
In a large pan over high heat add sesame oil and chicken cook and break up until no longer pink. Add seasoning and ginger paste. Cook through. Add coleslaw mix and cook until the veggies cook down then add teriyaki and soy sauce. Mix well and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes then to serve top with your toppings of choice.
