$28–$42/hour - Full-Time - Mostly Local Work with Some Travel

Hayworth Fence Co., Inc. is looking for a reliable, hands-on leader to run a fence crew and take ownership of job sites from start to finish.

What you’ll do:
• Lead a crew of 2–3 installers
• Install residential and commercial fence
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Make sure jobs are completed on time and done right

What we’re looking for:
• Leadership experience in fencing or construction
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor

Hayworth Fence is witnessing a week of great productivity, driven by our installers' relentless hard work and dedication to excellence.

Accomplishments to date include:
✅ gravel and dirt work
✅ post installation
✅ concrete form setup
✅ concrete pouring

Our team is also honored to be working on the Fort McCoy Army Base project, installing 4555' of 7'+1 chainlink with mow strip to support base security and safety.

We are seeking a Fence Installer to join our team. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing fences for residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the use of various hand and power tools.

Hayworth Fence Co., Inc. is an established family own business with 50+ years of experience in our industry. We strongly believe in work/life balance. We strive for all of our employees to have a sense of accomplishment and integrity while having a fun and relaxed work atmosphere. Positive attitude is a must.
