This was a basement finish project that we worked on about three months ago. In this one we did not do the cabinets, as they were pre finished. We stained some of the woodwork and enameled the rest (Doors,Trim,etc). We then painted the colors on the walls.

Just finished up a very unique house we have worked on for a little over a month now. As always, we started out priming all walls and ceilings, waited for the carpenters to install all the woodwork and cabinetry, and then stained, sealed, varnished the woodwork, and enameled woodwork where applicable.
Once the woodwork was done we painted the colors on the walls. This house also used repurposed wood ( barn wood) in some areas.

We just finished another complete new home last week. As we normally do we primed all walls and painted ceilings about a month ago and returned after all the cabinets and woodwork were installed to stain, seal, and varnish. In this house after the staining and varnishing was done, we enameled the woodwork. When that process was completed we painted all the colors on the walls, did a little touch-up where needed and put another one in the book. What do you think?

About two weeks ago we hung a little wallpaper in a house that was built by Swedish immigrants in the late 1800's. Much of the house was built of hand hewn logs and wooden pegs. Very fun to see. It made me think about all the work that it must have been to do that with no power equipment and good old fashion brute strength. Obviously we didn't install the wallpaper over the logs but on some interior walls that were built later in the life of the house. We also installed a photo mural in a family room addition that was purchased online and came from Sweden. It is a Scandinavian coastal scene. They say "Do what you enjoy doing and you will never work a day in your life." This was one of those jobs that supports that theory!

This week our project was to paint this lake home. We also stained beams inside a screen room and posts and beams on the outside of the house. I think it turned out very nice. The home owners were very pleased with the outcome!
