This customer in Liberty Twp wanted some plumbing upgrades to the home they recently purchased🏡. We shut the water off at the street and replaced the main inside shut off valve as well as the pressure reducing valve and dual check valve on the main water line💧. Then replaced the 15 year old water heater and expansion tank🔥.

Chaney Services has been busy remodeling warehouse space into their new headquarters🏢! Adding office space with kitchenette, and half bath upstairs as well as shop space and a full bathroom downstairs💪. Thank you for trusting me with another shower to tile bro🧱! I'm happy I got to leave my mark on your awesome place🤙! He chose 12x24 slate look tiles and I added the blue accent tile to match his logo color as close as I could🤩.

💥This customer in North College Hill needed a leak repaired in the crawlspace and all the damaged insulation removed and replaced. We pulled out all the bad insulation and hauled it off to the dump🤢. We found and repaired the leak on a 3/4" copper water line💦. Then we put in all new insulation in the crawlspace🧰. We barely fit in the access hole in the floor, we learned quick not to fill those garbage bags all the way or they wouldn't fit out the hole🤣!

💥The Township was calling people out for broken concrete/unsafe sidewalks in this neighborhood😬. We took care of a couple houses on this street🧰. We ended up grinding trip hazards, skim coating lightly damaged sidewalk sections and tearing out and fully replacing sections😎.

💥This customer in Westwood had a 36 foot deep garage that had seen better days💀. Rather than lose the whole thing, we demoed the front 18 feet where it was the worst. We saved the rest with some much needed framing support💪. That left the back 18 feet for a shed or workshop building. Its actually 2 story, with electric⚡️! Pretty cool old building. It got a new roof and new siding, new glass in the original windows🧰. We also brought in some crushed limestone for the driveway👌.

💥Another bathroom floor replacement, along with another bad toilet fl**ge repair🧰. This one was cast iron and rusted out🤢. After repairing the fl**ge we installed the new floor and reset the toilet✅️.

💥This was a fun one, new customer in Loveland wanted to remove the wood stove and all the brick to gain some extra space in the living room. We removed the stove and pipe, patched the roof and the ceiling👌. Then removed all the brick tile and framework holding it up🧱. Finally we patched and replaced some drywall, and added baseboard trim. The customer had some matching carpet in the garage so we were able to put that down in the bare spot and seam it in🧰. It is primed but we will be back next week to put a fresh coat of paint on the wall✅️.
