This basement had water damage from a leaky foundation and a backed up sewage line. I completely remodeled the space and gave it a whole new look.

The remodel included:

- Converted the half bath into a full bath
- Added a bedroom
- Expanded the living area
- Added a small bar
- Built a simple TV and electric fireplace feature
- Installed LVP flooring
- Installed red oak stair treads and handrail
- Updated and added recessed lighting
- Finished and updated the entire basement

Another transformation complete.

We picked up our very first company van today! It took a lot of hard work to get here, and Daddy couldn't celebrate without his biggest fans by his side. ❤️
