🏠 Pier & Beam Foundation Repair Completed in Cleburne

One thing we’ve learned over the years is that rental properties often don’t receive the routine maintenance they need. While many tenants take great care of a home, issues like plumbing leaks, poor drainage, moisture buildup, and lack of regular inspections can go unnoticed for years.

Unfortunately, moisture is one of the biggest enemies of a pier and beam foundation.

This recent project in Cleburne required much more than a simple leveling job. Our crew installed 40 structural supports throughout the perimeter and interior of the home to properly stabilize the structure. We also installed new 4x6 structural beams to adequately support the floor framing and transfer loads to both existing and newly installed supports.

The damage didn’t stop there.

Years of excessive moisture had caused significant deterioration to portions of the subfloor. In several areas, the plywood was so severely damaged that you could literally step through the floor. Our team replaced the affected plywood and restored the structural integrity of the home from the ground up.

🏠 Foundation Repair Complete in Covington, TX! 🏠

Our team recently wrapped up another successful foundation repair project in Covington. While this was a smaller repair, it was an important one for the long-term stability of the home.

We installed 5 pressed concrete piers along the left corner of the home to help stabilize and support the structure where movement had occurred.
