2.) Succulents are best shipped DRY, so I will make sure the soil and roots are dry before shipping. I will ship bare root, or mostly bare root, for all succulents. Some vari
eties will be an exception to this. I ship with reuseable or recyclable materials.
3.) If you need help with your order please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. When purchasing plants online please keep in mind that they are put through rough conditions that are out of my control. It is perfectly normal for plants to arrive 'limp' since they were packed up with no light for a few days. They will perk up with repotting and some water within a few days to a week! Succulents are resilient. I will not issue refunds for minor cosmetic damages such as a few broken leaves and loose dirt on the plant. Appropriate refunds will be given for significant damage such as multiple broken/snapped stems and being destroyed beyond revival. I am not responsible if plant die in your care. I am not responsible for plants being damaged due to weather. I advise purchasing a heat pack if you are experiencing temps under 40F. It is best to plan to be home to bring in your plant mail!
4.) Due to the nature of shipping live plants, I will now only ship PRIORITY. Though it's more expensive, it will ensure your plants arriving to you in the best shape possible. Thank you so much for your business!!
